HELP!!!! Need To Lose A Lot Of Weight Fast?

Okay....I'm really fleshiness and requirement to retrograde it FAST.....I'm 15....5ft4 and weight 113kg/250lbs my assail is a 48B and im a size 24...Want to get down to 150lb size 12/14 at least.
Tried Lots of things Wii Fit....Extreme exercise but gave up...decrease intake of food, but forget.....need a cheap fasting and detailed like extreme diet....I hit my prom/NRA essentially leaving edifice in May and we have a big Dance and requirement to lose weight for that....ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING I CAN DO BUT I WANT TO LOOK REALLY SLIM.....DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW BAD ITS FOR MY HEALTH IF ITS SHORT TERM JUST THAT IT WILL WORK....ALSO IF I HAVE TO EXTREME DIET OR BE SICK I'M FINE BUT I NEED A ROUTINE I CAN STICK TO DURING SCHOOL AND AT HOME.
